Nous sommes toujours ravis d’accueillir des stagiaires talentueux dans notre équipe pour acquérir une expérience pratique dans le domaine du design produit/graphisme et du marketing/communication.
Le studio est basé à Amsterdam, et l’équipe fonctionne en anglais. Le suivi de ton stage peut se faire éventuellement aussi en français si tu n’es pas (encore) tout à fait à l’aise en anglais. L’occasion parfaite d’améliorer tes compétences en anglais et d’avoir une expérience très tangible et utile pour le reste de tes études/ta carrière.
Stage en Marketing/Communication
LE STAGE
En tant que membre de l’équipe marketing de Botanopia, ton rôle est de développer des contenus inspirants et efficaces pour notre site Web, nos réseaux sociaux et nos publicités.
*La date exacte de début et la durée du stage sont flexibles, l’idéal étant qu’il dure environ 6 mois.*
QUE FERAS-TU PENDANT TON STAGE ?
- -Rechercher et rédiger du nouveau contenu et réutiliser le contenu existant pour les articles de blog, les newsletters et les messages sur les médias sociaux, ainsi que des scripts pour de nouveaux tutoriels/vidéos.
- -Optimiser notre site Web/contenus pour le trafic organique (optimisation pour les moteurs de recherche). Identifier les mots-clés pertinents et rédiger du contenu informatif pour répondre aux questions liées au mot-clé.
- Assister au développement de campagnes de marketing. De la conception à l’éxecution (brainstorm, script, shooting photo/vidéo, montage/retouches, publication)
- Rédige des textes pour le matériel promotionnel et les guides de vente pour nos revendeurs.
- Créer des contenus visuels (photos/vidéos) pour nos support (instagram, youtube, mais aussi contenus sponsorisés)
- Gestion de la communauté sur nos médias sociaux..
- Nous accompagner sur les salons internationaux (selon la situation de Corona bien sûr…).
QUI RECHERCHONS-NOUS ?
- Tu étudies le marketing, la communication, pub, ou un domaine apparenté, au minimum au niveau de la licence. Tu parles couramment français (parlé et écrit). Ton niveau d’anglais est correct et te permet de te faire comprendre au sein de l’équipe.
- Le néerlandais ou l’allemand comme langue supplémentaire est un très gros plus.
- Le numérique n’a pas de secrets pour toi, tu as une bonne compréhension de l’e-commerce et des médias sociaux. L’écriture te vient naturellement, tu aimes jouer avec les mots et attirer l’attention des gens grâce à tes textes.
- Tu es flexible, tu peux faire avancer les projets et prendre des initiatives. Tu es indépendant(e), engagé(e) et prêt(e) à mettre en pratique tes connaissances théoriques acquises pendant tes études pour des clients réels. Bonus si tu as une affinité avec les plantes et les projets de bricolage.

Ne t’inquiète pas si tu n’as pas d’expérience avec ces tâches et logiciels. Nous pouvons te former. Ton état d’esprit et ton attitude sont les plus importants pour nous.
Notre petite équipe travaille dans un seul grand espace de bureaux. Il y a toujours un membre de l’équipe pour t’aider et te donner les conseils demandés. Notre bureau rempli de plantes est situé à l’ouest d’Amsterdam, avec une vue sur le jardin. Nous sommes une équipe internationale, on parle le néerlandais, l’anglais et le français au bureau.
Tu recevras une rémunération de stage de 300€ brut/mois. En outre, tu recevras 10 jours de vacances sur une période de 6 mois.

Product/Graphic Design intern
THE JOB
As part of the Botanopia Design team, your role is to assist in the creation of new products, as well as improving existing products and packaging. From brainstorming to prototyping, to researching suppliers and developing instruction manuals, you’ll work on the entire process for new products. As an intern at the studio, you will get to experience the entire range of operations from the first idea to the final product on store shelves.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DURING YOUR INTERNSHIP?

- Researching new products based on new trends, gap in the market, or customer feedback
- Prototyping and form study in a variety of materials, mostly analog, sometimes in 3D software. Creating technical drawings to communicate with factories.
- Packaging design and product photography
- Creating instruction manuals, in print or in video
- The business side of running a small design studio, pricing of products, setting up quotes and invoices, pitching products to manufacturers, wholesale accounts and more

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You study product design and/or graphic design at a minimum on a Bachelor level.
You’re a digital native, with a good understanding of the Adobe software package. You’re a natural tinkerer and you’re not afraid of a few power tools to create prototypes. You have a good eye for fonts and colors, and an affinity for the aesthetics of the current Botanopia collection.
You’re flexible, can get things done and can take initiative. You are independent, committed, and ready to put your theoretical knowledge from your studies into action for real customers. Bonus if you have an affinity with plants and DIY projects.

Our plants-filled office is located on the west side of Amsterdam, with a view on the garden. We’re an international bunch, with Dutch, English, and French spoken at the office.
You will receive an internship fee of 500€/month. In addition, you will receive 10 vacation days over a 6 month period.

Sales Internship (English + 1 more language: FR, NL or DE)
THE JOB
As part of the Botanopia Marketing & Sales team, your role is to expand our customer base while giving nothing but the best service to our existing customers. Our clients are both retail customers, and B2B (independent store owners).
The exact start date and duration period of the internship are flexible, ideally lasting around 6 months. We’re looking for native speakers with excellent verbal and written skills in at least 2 of the following languages: English, Dutch, German, and French.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DURING YOUR INTERNSHIP?
– You’ll expand the customer base for Botanopia internationally ( our focus areas are the Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, The USA and the UK)
– Lead generation: you’ll identify suitable potential B2B partners and qualify them.
– You’ll contact new and existing leads to turn them into customers, and you’ll generate more repeat sales through great customer service.
– You will be responsible for increasing, following up, and maintaining our leads (B2B and B2C) and partnerships (B2B).
– You’ll accompany us on international trade shows and help prepare relevant sales material (pandemic willing…)
– You’ll help create email marketing sequences (series of pre-programmed emails) for both new leads and existing customers and measure their impact.
– You’ll support daily operations & identify new leads, trends, and opportunities, including through social media.
– You assist the marketing team with the social media strategy, influencer marketing, and affiliate program.
– You’ll help translate our sales material into the languages relevant to you.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
– You study sales, business or marketing
– You’re available full time (40hrs/week)
– You are fluent in English written and verbally + one other language (FR, NL or DE). You can write with ease, including texts that will make our customers tick.
– You can handle responsibility and feel responsible for the complete B2B process;
– You are customer friendly and are willing to go the extra mile to service our clients;
– It’s a plus if you have experience/affinity with plants and sustainable products in general
– You’re flexible, can get things done and can take initiative.
